Maintain a 90% retention rate of new and experienced teachers who decided to continue to work at DNH CSD yearly.
Goal #2: Promote Collaboration
100% of classroom teachers will collaborate with an instructional coach or model teacher during 2019-20.
Goal #3: Reward Professional Growth
We will retain at least 80% of DNH TLC Instructional Coaches and Model Teachers for a subsequent year of appointment.

By the end of the 2019-20 school year, 80% of the DNH students will be proficient on district-wide assessments.
By the end of the 2019-20 school year, 80% of the DNH first through sixth-grade students will be above the 50th percentile on the FAST aReading assessment.
